Qassia is a web site that can help generate traffic to your site by a system of earned points, which are accumulated by adding or rating content or "Intel" (tidbits of information about a person, company, place, event, or thing). This Intel is then ranked and rewarded with backlinks and exposure to users' websites. They also state that they share advertising revenue with users.
